We have specially selected crews assigned to your area. Each crew has reached a high level of
training and customer satisfaction to become part of our EZ Labor pro team. They all the
required applicable municipal- state- and or federal- licenses, bonds and insurance for the
respective services provided. SML is also bonded and insured.

EZ Labor crews are fully prepared to service all your moving manifestations. They will provide a
dolly and a basic set of tools. Labor Only assignments: We do not provide tie-downs, blankets,
or pads. The exception are our. full Service Moves or Concierge moves

Yes – EZ Labor does a full check.

Our dedicated specially selected EZ Labor crews. They represent most the finest pros
selected and trained mostly from your local area. Our crews are incessantly evaluated
including the grade provided after each completed assignment.

Yes. EZ labor happily provides you a quote once you enter the necessary information.

EZ Labor provides EZ pricing based on your needs. The EZ price structure varies
based on location and size of crew requested.

At EZ Labor we can provide virtual in-home estimates for full service and Concierge
moves.

You may request EZ Labor packing materials. All requests require 14-day notice.

While 2 hrs. is the minimum – EZ Labor is yours until the job is done. We prorate to the
½ hour.

Full-service moves are for customers who want the EZ 1-2-3 way. We will facilitate the
entire move. This includes EZ Labor providing a moving truck, loading, driving, and
unloading. We also will provide all packing. All full-service moves need 2-week advance
reservation.

EZ Labor can make everything EZ as 1-2-3. We offer driver services for all long-
distance moves.

It is always an excellent idea to book as early as possible to ensure availability. We
always recommend at least two weeks before you move.

Load jobs (Labor Only) Unload jobs (Labor Only) If you need to cancel your move
entirely, we require at least 72 hours’ notice prior, to be able to provide a full refund of
your deposit. All moves cancelled within 72 hours of your move timeframe can cause a
forfeiture of your deposit. If you desire a change to the date or time that your move,
please let us know as soon as possible and we will make every effort to accommodate
all changes, based on crew availability.

Crews are assigned to respective jobs based partially on their proximity to the
respective job site. Some crews are dispatched from a few miles away from a
customer’s jobsite, some are dispatched from a few hundred miles away. Hourly rates
do not consider this travel to/from individual jobs. Thus, EZ Labor applies a travel fee to
Labor Only and Full-Service jobs reflective of the potential travel time necessary to
arrive onsite. Travel fees are always presented up front with our standard pricing.

As with other service industries, it is common to thank your movers for a job well done
by offering a gratuity. Tips are always appreciated, but never necessary.
